The Azores: Terceira

From hiking above the clouds on Serra de Santa Bárbara to crawling through a volcanic cavern at Algar do Carvão, Terceira delivered a different kind of Azorean magic. Add in a wine-lined restaurant that felt like someone's living room, and one last look at São Miguel's abandoned Monte Palace Hotel, and this was the perfect way to close out our Azores adventure.
